Frequently Asked Questions

What is Woov Pay?

Woov Pay is a plan management service for people who have NDIS.

What does Woov mean?

In Auslan there is a sign that is loosely translated as ‘automatically’ or ‘conveniently’. We want your experience with us to be woov.

How do I register with Woov Pay?

You can register with Woov Pay by contacting us. We will send you a service agreement and go from there. Feel free to contact us for more information.

What is a service agreement?

A service agreement is a document that outlines the responsibilities of the NDIS participant and the service provider. When you sign our service agreement, then Woov Pay can start working with you.

I’m not Deaf and/or I don’t know Auslan. Can I still use Woov Pay as my plan management?

Yes! We are happy to liaise with you via email, or can contact you through an interpreter. Everyone is welcome at Woov Pay.

How do I change plan management agencies?

Your NDIS plan is yours. You have full control over your plan so you can choose which plan management agency you want. You can change plan management agencies any time you want. You need to check your current service agreement from your current plan management agency. This service agreement will let you know how to cancel your agreement and how much notice you need to give.

Woov Pay is open from Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. However, we know that you might have work, family or other commitments, so we are happy to organise a chat after-hours or on the weekend, when it suits you.
